Key Text: Ephesians 6:12
Generally, there are two forces that control our world:
- Physical
- Spiritual.
The spiritual supersedes the physical.
In the realm of the spirit there’s no coincidence. Every physical manifestation is preceded by spiritual permission.
In John 19:10-11,Jesus told Pilate that permission to kill him has to come from above.
There are powers behind the scenes of every man’s life.
It is what you permit that is what you’ll get. Every physical manifestation requires your conscious, unconscious or subconscious permission.
Isaiah 61:1, we can see that it is possible for people to be in captivity and they need liberty(deliverance).
Your association can open you up to different activities; physical and spiritual.
You cannot afford to associate yourself with certain kinds of people if you do not want to be exposed to certain activities or demons.
Demons and spirits are very strategic and territorial. (Luke 8:22-28)
Some spirits are posted and assigned to certain regions, cities and families.
(Zechariah 1:18-21)
Our freedom from these demonic activities is tied to deliverance.
In conclusion, spiritual knowledge and deliverance is required in dealing with the powers behind the scenes.
